Refund and Exchange Policy
What is your refund policy?
All goods sold online (our ecommerce website and our carousell page) and offline (our retail store) are strictly non-refundable.
What is your online exchange policy?
In the case of online purchase, all goods sold are exchangable strictly within 7 days from the date of receipt. All requests for exchange are required to be made known to us within 7 days from the date of receipt. To request for an exchange, email to us at online.goldhub@gmail.com with the order number in your subject title. Our staff will endeavour to get back to you within 1 to 3 working days.
Alternatively, you may exchange your purchased item (see below criteria for exchange) for other products at our retail store at Far East Plaza #01-70. You are required to furnish your order number/ order receipt as proof of purchase.
For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value. For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference amount.
What are your criterias for product exchange?
1. Purchased items should be in its original conditions, unaltered and unused
2. All original tags and packaging are to be in-tact
3. Original receipt must be producted
4. Within 7 days of receipt of items
Gold Hub Jewellery reserve the right to reject, at its sole and absolute discretion, any exchange requests, if any of the above criterias are not satisfied.
