Our delivery policy is pretty straight-forward. At Gold Hub Jewellery, we believe that our customers deserve a fuss-free shopping experience, both online and offline.
What are the delivery options?
The two delivery options are as follows:
1. Self-collection at Gold Hub Jewellery #03-41 at City Square Mall
2. Tracked mail (Local, Singapore)
What are the delivery charges?
For a limited-time only, delivery is complimentary for all local purchase (Singapore only). Delivery will be made within 1 to 3 working days (excluding Public Holidays and Weekends). Should there be any unforeseen delay, our staff will make their utmost effort to inform you as soon as they can.
Do note that the customers will bear the shipping and other administrative costs for all returns, refunds and exchanges of orders.
Will there be any charges for re-delivery or un-delivered goods?
Yes. Additional charges may be imposed for redelivery after a failed delivery attempt.
Can I opt for self-collection?
Yes you may. You will be notified when your item(s) is ready for collection at our retail store (City Square Mall #03-41) typically within 6 - 36 hours from the time of purchase. You will need to present your order receipt and your ID card for verification purposes.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Delivery outside of Singapore is currently not supported. Nonetheless, we are working hard to make our products available regionally and internationally.
